These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and 777xp8 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the 777xp8 website located at https://777xp8.cam, including all associated services, betting markets, casino games, promotional offers and account management features (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing any bet, or accessing any part of the 777xp8 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create an account or use the Services.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling policy, both of which form part of this Agreement and are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual user account created by a Player on the 777xp8 platform.
• "Balance" means the total monetary value held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits separately designated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback offer or other incentive awarded to a Player subject to applicable terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification, age verification, proof of address and any liveness or biometric checks required by the operator.
• "Platform" means the 777xp8 website, its sub-pages, software interfaces, mobile-optimised experience and all associated services.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory in which access to online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. Players from such jurisdictions are not permitted to register or play.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus or deposit must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Void Bet" means a bet that is cancelled and the stake returned to the Player's Account, typically due to a manifest error, event cancellation or other qualifying circumstance as defined in the Betting Rules.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 777xp8, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during account use:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined in these Terms or as updated by the operator from time to time.
• You understand and accept that gambling may be restricted or prohibited under the laws applicable to your location.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently excluded from 777xp8 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of 777xp8 or its technology providers.

When registering an account with 777xp8, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. You must notify us promptly of any changes to your registration details. Providing false, incomplete or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

Identity Verification (KYC): 777xp8 is required to verify the identity of account holders before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before activating account features. You may be asked to provide:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport.
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement) where required by the operator's compliance procedures.
• A selfie, liveness video or other biometric confirmation to match your face to the submitted identity document.
• Source of funds documentation if prompted by the operator's AML (Anti-Money Laundering) controls.

All verification documents must be submitted through the Platform's official HTTPS-secured verification portal. Do not submit identity documents through unsecured chat, email or any unofficial channel. Documents must not be altered, cropped to remove key information, obscured or falsified in any way.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to notify 777xp8 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• 777xp8 will never request your full password through any communication channel.
• We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to enhance account security.

777xp8 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

All deposits made to your 777xp8 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits on behalf of third parties are not permitted. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change.

• Deposits are credited to your Account once confirmed by the payment processor. Processing times vary by method.
• 777xp8 does not accept cash deposits or transfers from unknown third parties.
• Any fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
• Deposits made using bonus funds from another platform are not permitted.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the Platform's cashier at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied:

• Your account KYC verification must be fully completed and approved by the operator.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus balances must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold displayed in the cashier at the time of the request.
• Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit (reverse withdrawal policy), subject to method availability.
• The operator reserves the right to conduct additional identity or source-of-funds checks before processing withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds.

Processing timelines are estimates and may be affected by payment provider processing times, compliance reviews and public holidays. 777xp8 will use reasonable efforts to process withdrawal requests promptly.

From time to time, 777xp8 may offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets or other incentives to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to individual promotional terms and the following general conditions:

• Bonus funds are credited as a separate balance and must satisfy stated wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to one account per household, per device and per IP address.
• 777xp8 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a Player has already accepted a specific promotional offer.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through pattern betting, bot use, multi-accounting or any form of co-ordinated abuse constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• The operator may void bonus winnings and/or suspend an account if abuse of promotional offers is detected.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the 777xp8 Platform. Sport-specific and market-specific rules supplement these general rules and are published in the relevant sections of the Platform.

• All bets are accepted at the operator's absolute discretion. 777xp8 reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason.
• Bets are only valid once accepted and confirmed by the Platform's system. Verbal or written requests to place bets are not binding on the operator.
• In the event of a Manifest Error (e.g., an obviously incorrect price displayed due to a technical fault), 777xp8 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any time in response to match events. Bets placed after the relevant event (e.g., a goal in football or a wicket in cricket) but before the market is suspended may be voided at the operator's discretion.
• For cricket markets including PSL T20 and ICC tournaments: if a match is abandoned, reduced in overs, or postponed for more than 48 hours, specific settlement rules apply as published in the cricket-specific betting rules section of the Platform.
• Maximum bet limits per market and per event are set by the operator and may be adjusted at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777xp8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in account suspension, permanent termination and legal action where warranted:

• Registering or using an account while under the minimum permitted age.
• Creating, operating or using more than one account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without authorisation.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion or any form of sports corruption.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or pricing anomalies for financial gain.
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent KYC documentation.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using a VPN, proxy server or other technology to disguise your true location with the intention of circumventing geographic restrictions.

777xp8 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a coping mechanism. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit ceilings to control your spending. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period before they can be increased.
• Loss Limits: Cap your net losses over a defined period. Once reached, further play is suspended until the next period begins.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a short-term break from the Platform ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the selected period.

All content on the 777xp8 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, audio clips, software and data compilations, is the property of 777xp8 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You may access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 777xp8.
• Game titles and casino software displayed on the Platform remain the intellectual property of their respective developers and studios. No rights in those games are transferred to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777xp8 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred while using the Platform.
• Loss of data, profits, revenue or business opportunity.
• Platform downtime, technical faults or service interruptions.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers in connection with your transactions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

777xp8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading registration or verification information.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening or otherwise harmful to 777xp8 staff, other players or the integrity of the Platform.

Upon termination for breach, any outstanding bonus credits will be voided. Real-money balances will be returned to the player following a compliance review, unless the funds are subject to seizure or confiscation under applicable law or operator policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming license. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

777xp8 does not represent that these Terms, or use of the Platform, is compliant with the laws of any specific country, including Pakistan. Players accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for assessing their legal position. This section does not constitute legal advice.

777xp8 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last reviewed" date displayed at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify active users through the Platform's notification system or by email.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
